We now have a new case management system. It allows you to submit requests securely at https://icu.viewcases.com/ . This sends the request directly to the case manager and is assigned to the investigator. We plan to use this system as a replacement for our current online request forms. After submitting your first request through the new system, you will receive an email with a username, password and log-in instructions. You will then be able log in and view the progression of the case, receive updates instantaneously, and it will populate your name, company, contact information, etc. to prevent you from filling out tedious forms in the future.
